ANGER ATTACKS / 10 RESOLUTIONS AGAINST RAGE I made another video about a subject that is very important to me. I suffer from anger attacks… You know that moment when you feel overwhelmed and just feel this rush of anger coming up and you can’t stop it and that's when you say hurtful things or you hurt yourself. And then comes the guilt… Rage usually comes with other disorders like ocd, anxiety, depression… It is a process to overcome it and I’ve been practicing some life changing resolutions that might seem easy to do but are some of the hardest thing I had to do for myself… These are my 10 resolutions: 1. Don't take yourself too seriously, don’t take anything and anybody too seriously 2. Live your life the way you want to - life is too long to live it the way you don’t want to live it 3. Stop feeling guilty for everything 4. Stop controlling everything 5. Do more of what makes you happy 6. Give up on people that make you miserable 7. Cry - a lot! 8. Speak your mind, don’t suffocate rage waves 9. Seek help 10.
